1/14/08 Dear Kent & Dawn, We just returned home from our wonderful vacation in St. Croix and wanted to write & tell you how much we enjoyed our stay @ Caribbean Breeze. It was a great location and having the beautiful view every morning made it even better. We are frequent visitors to St. Croix and previous owners of a villa @ Carambola so we will definitely be going back and would like to see your other properties as well. We did however, think your Caribbean Breeze location was ideal. Thanks again, Marilyn & Al C. |

Just a note to let you know the condominium keys are being
mailed today (1-02-08). I had them in my luggage, which did not
make our connection from Miami to Minneapolis. We didn't have
any problems with electric outages or anything else mechanical.
The Condominium was very comfortable, loved the beach. Fishing
with Captain Carl was very successful, TanTan jeep tour was a
lot of fun, good way to see the Island. Did a lot of snorkeling
at Cane Bay. Enjoyed Carombola resort. All restaurants were
great. Hope to get back to St. Croix in the future.

I used the safe while we were there, but replaced the key before we left. We had a great time. The condo was all I expected it would be. I'm very glad we reserved the week that we did since there is bad weather going through there this weekend. We did have one overcast day and a couple of stormy nights, but it was kind of cool watching the lightning over the ocean. We did make a couple of long distance calls while we were there since we couldn't seem to get our cell phones to work, so please let me know what the charge is when you get it. Again, we had a great time even though the closest recommended restaurant was closed at Salt River because they were on vacation. Bummer. We did go into town to the Rumrunner and had a very nice dinner and some other nice meals around the island. I managed not to hit anyone on those challenging roads, so that was good. Again, thanks for making this a smooth lodging situation and our stay a pleasant one. Nancy M. |

The condo was just as we expected-a great view, wonderful
location, and nicely furnished. The bedding, linens, furniture
and kitchen amenities were all above expectations for a rental
condo unit! Jennifer had done a good job surface cleaning
everything.
We sent the keys back yesterday-had 2 long distance calls I
believe that we owe you for-internet worked perfectly!
Many thanks-think we will return at Christmas time but need a
larger unit than a 2 bedroom-do you have fellow owners we should
contact directly or should we just go thru the realtor at Gentle
Winds?
Thanks again-we so enjoyed our first 2 week vacation in over 25
years!

Returned from St. Croix yesterday. I will put keys in provided

Everything was wonderful!! The people we met at the complex &
all over the island were very nice & welcoming. Allot of folks
from New England. The condo is beautiful. I can't say enough
about the whole experience. Went sailing with Dee (Bilinda) &
it was a great experience. We went to many great restaurants.
Horseback riding @ Paul & Jills.
You should recieve the keys(in the regular mail) over the next
few days. If you do not please let me know.

2-25-07 Condo was perfect! Beautiful spot, very restful! We enjoyed just staying at Gentle Winds. We did a few tours and they were a lot of fun. Karen (at the beach shack) is wonderful. We enjoyed talking & having lunch on the beach. Paul would like to move and take it over :) ! Grounds are very nicely kept. Cleaning people wonderful, condo was immaculate on arrival, & having washer & dryer was great! We left a basketball in closet, my daughter enjoyed the challenge of basketball with the winds. 8/3/06 Enjoyed the roomy condo - well equipped! It was comfortable and homey. Appreciated the beautiful view, having the beach and pool basically to ourselves. Very good diving. Got lost a couple of times but found our way around - the small fold-up map was best for navigation. Comfy beds! Liked Point Udall, the crabs, the birds, the flowers & Palm trees. Kids thought geckos were fun! Overall, a very nice place. Thank you! Greg & Audrey |
